We use a blend of Cassava Flour and Bob’s Red Mill GF Flours. tender and soft and jammed packed with apples from a local orchard. With a tiny but of spice and a brown sugar crunchy topping, this tastes amazing with custard or whipped cream!!
We’ve added a load of choc chips to our blend of Cassava Flour and Bob’s Red Mill GF Flours. This is a moist and delicious American Classic, flavored with cinnamon and using a half-pound of Zucchini in every loaf. The choc chips MAY have some milk traces, otherwise the batter is dairy-free.
